The DH series oil moisture separation device, DH-1B (to 6B), uses high water-absorbent fiber elements that can absorb several times their own weight in moisture. This model is applicable when the moisture content is below 2000 ppm and removes moisture down to 500 ppm. The DH effectively removes moisture from oil, which can cause operational failures in various hydraulic equipment, thereby enhancing the operational efficiency of the equipment. When moisture is present in the oil, it adheres to metal surfaces, causing rust, which then releases rust into the oil, acting as a catalyst that accelerates the oxidation and degradation of the oil. The presence of moisture can accelerate the oxidation speed of the oil by tens or hundreds of times, making it far more dangerous than ordinary debris.
